Fitness Center

The Lookout Mountain Club Fitness Center offers a full range of fitness activities to our membership. Stop in seven days a week and work out in our fully equipped cardio and weight rooms. The Club’s Fitness Director and the fully certified training staff, attend to all aspects of your fitness needs. A full calendar of group fitness classes are offered as well as personal training. Small group training opportunities are scheduled on a regular basis. Take advantage of this special member benefit and stay in shape!

Exercise with a View

The newly renovated Fitness Center offers state-of-the-art cardio equipment positioned to look out of our expansive windows.

Free Weights

There is a separate area for free weights which offers the same scenic views.

Group Exercise Classroom

Our team of fitness instructors offer a range of Group Exercise Classes. Classes include Yoga, Pilates, CrossFit, Water Aerobics (during the summer) and more.  Most Classes are held in our newly renovated Classroom.

Additional Space

If you want to work on your crunches or hamstrings there is the space to do so.

Locker Rooms

Separate Men's and Women's Locker Rooms are located in the Fitness Center.
Each Locker Room has day use lockers as well as showers and changing rooms.
