Banquet Chef

Job Summary (Essential Functions)

Responsible for food production needed for banquet functions and private parties. Accountable for all food costs for banquet functions. Supervise production personnel used for banquet events. Assist Sous Chef with Executive Chef’s responsibilities during the latter’s absence.

The Lookout Mountain Club is seeking experienced line cooks and dishwashers that are motivated self-starters to round out our team. These are full-time hourly paid positions. Experienced, dedicated professionals only need apply.


F&B Banquet Manager

The Food & Beverage Banquet Manager is primarily responsible for managing, planning, and directing the service team for private events and banquets. The individual will be responsible for supervising the private event and banquet team and ensuring that service standards in all for all private events are delivered to the highest standard and is always consistent to the banquet event order ("BEO"), established standard operating procedures ("SOPs") and club best practices. To ensure these high standards, the individual will also be responsible for training the service team to provide knowledgeable and seamless service.

The individual must work closely with the Private Events Director and the Executive Chef to ensure a seamless delivery from a well-trained team.

The individual will be expected to achieve key performance indicators based on mutually agreed goals established for the food and beverage department.

F&B Bar Manager

Position Summary

The Food & Beverage Bar Manager is primarily responsible for bartending shifts, ensures the purchasing of the liquor, beer, wine & other beverage needs for the Club’s facilities & events. The Bar Manager is responsible for ensuring that the service team executes service standards in all the Clubs outlets while maintaining a high standard and is always consistent to established standard operating procedures (“SOPs”) and club best practices.

The individual must work closely with Service Director & Banquet Director to help strategize, roll-out and promote menus, promotions and special events that exceed members’ expectations and achieve financial targets for the department.

The individual will be expected to achieve key performance indicators based on mutually agreed goals established for the food and beverage department.

Bartender

Job Summary (Essential Functions)

We are hiring for a bartender who will be responsible for providing the highest quality of beverage production and service to our Members and their guests. In addition to supporting all Club venues, events, and fellow Employee Partners, the Bartender maintains the bar, service areas, and related storerooms.

Dining Room Host

Job Summary (Essential Functions)

This position is responsible for greeting guests at the door. The host seats and presents clean menus to guests in a friendly, professional and quick manner.

Food and Beverage Service Staff

Base pay of 7.00 an hour plus tips. Our servers average between $17 and $20 an hour.

Housekeeper

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of the Clubhouse and related facilities to ensure member and guest first and lasting impressions are one of impeccable cleanliness and no detail is too small.
