We are happy to say that, with the opening of the Pool last weekend, all amenities of the Club are now officially open - in some way, shape or form - for the benefit of our members. We feel like progress is slowly being realized. Additional services are being developed and will be announced within the next week.
As of Thursday, May 28th, Georgia Governor Brian Kemp’s office issued another Executive Order extending the current Executive Orders and restrictions until June 15th, 2020.
The new Executive Orders increase the number of people in a single location who may attend a planned, organized gathering from 10 to 25 people.
The Executive Orders continue to prohibit gathering or congregating in bars, dining rooms, or among patrons using the amenities such as at the pool, fitness, tennis or golf.
Social-distancing guidelines of six feet of distance is required between patrons that do not live in the same household.
Given the Executive Order extension, current operating procedures for each area of the Club must remain in place until further notice.
The Board has instructed the management team and staff to enforce social distancing protocols.
If you have any issues or concerns regarding non-social distancing activity at the Club in any area, please contact any of the Board members or Victor Balcom immediately to correct the situation.
While we endeavor to move forward in a “new normal” in terms of the Club’s operations, we cannot emphasize enough the importance of following the established rules and safety guidelines to ensure that the Club can remain open for the benefit of our entire LMC membership.
Thank you for your continued patience, patronage and support.
